The implementation program to ISO/IEC 22301 is designed to provide knowledge of what a Business Continuity Management System is and the minimum requirements that companies should aspire to within the context of ISO/IEC 22301. It will test the capability of the candidate to “remember” and “understand” the concepts that are explained.
ISO 22301 Internal Auditor Certification provides the necessary input to understand all the special skills needed by a BCMS auditor. The course is designed to take into account the necessity to establish a business continuity system in an organization. Most modern learning techniques are introduced into the field. After successful completion of this course, the delegates are competent enough to plan conduct, and report BCMS audit. This Certification enables employees to identify any risks that pose a threat to the effectiveness of the organization’s Business Continuity Management System. The Certification will provide both technical knowledge and practical skills essential to become a competent internal auditor.
The course enables participants to develop the necessary expertise to audit a Business Continuity Management System (BCMS) and to manage a team of auditors by applying widely recognized audit principles, procedures, and techniques. During this training, the participant will acquire the necessary knowledge and skills to proficiently plan and perform internal and external audits in compliance with ISO 19011 the certification process according to ISO 17002. Based on practical exercises, the participant will develop the skills (mastering audit techniques) and competencies (managing audit teams and audit programs, communicating with customers, conflict resolution, etc.) necessary to efficiently conduct a audit.
